This FAQ covers the questions students ask most often about Launchpad, from who can sign up to how progress is preserved when access expires. Use it as a quick reference before diving into the individual feature pages.

    Launchpad is a placement-preparation platform for Tier 1 college students. Access is restricted to students from **IITs, IIITs, NITs, and BITS**. Full eligibility details live on the [Eligibility](/get-started/eligibility) page.

    Yes. Every eligible student gets **1 year of free access** at signup. Coupon-based extensions are available, including multi-year access for select college and campus events. Your progress is always retained regardless of extensions.

    [Company OA](/placement/company-oa) is a suite of real online assessments modeled on top companies' hiring tests. Assessments are mapped to college placement calendars so you can prep in sync with your season.

    Your progress is **always retained**. If your access expires and you renew it later through a coupon or extension, you pick up exactly where you left off across courses, practice, and DSA Quest.
