# ❄️ Streak Freeze

> Use Streak Freeze on Launchpad to preserve your streak on genuine off days like exams, travel, or illness, without losing daily practice progress.

Streak Freeze is Launchpad's safety net for your daily practice streak. When exams, travel, or illness make a practice day impossible, a freeze keeps your streak intact so one bad day does not undo weeks of consistency.

## When to Use It

Save Streak Freeze for days you genuinely cannot practice:

* Exam days or major college deadlines
* Travel with no reliable internet
* Illness or family emergencies
* Rest days you have planned in advance

## How It Works

A freeze covers a day in your streak calendar without requiring you to log a problem or hit your daily study goal that day. Your streak count stays intact, and you pick up where you left off on the next practice day.

## Pairing With Reminders
