# 🤝 Refer & Earn

> Refer friends to Launchpad and earn 2 months of OA Helper access or a 1:1 Expert Interview and Guidance session when they solve 5 DSA problems.

Refer and Earn rewards you for bringing eligible friends onto Launchpad. Once a referred friend signs up and clears a small practice milestone, you unlock a real prep benefit that helps you as much as it helps them.

## How Referrals Work

You get a personal referral link inside Launchpad. When a friend from an eligible Tier 1 college uses that link to sign up and completes the qualifying practice on the platform, the referral is credited to you.

    They complete 5 DSA problems on Launchpad, which qualifies the referral.

    You unlock your choice of reward, ready to use on your own prep.

## Rewards

Pick the reward that fits where you are in placement season:

* **2-Month OA Helper access** to prep for real online assessments, aligned with the [Company OA](/placement/company-oa) suite.
* **1:1 Expert Interview or Guidance session** with a mentor, complementing [Mock Interviews](/placement/mock-interviews).

## Eligibility

* The referred friend must sign up through your Launchpad referral link.
* They must solve **5 DSA problems** on Launchpad for the referral to qualify.

  Launchpad access is restricted to students from IITs, IIITs, NITs, and BITS. Referrals need to come from an eligible college account on both sides.
