# 💼 Placements

> Post your placement story directly on Launchpad's Placements page to inspire juniors, celebrate the offer, and show what worked in your prep.

The Placements page on Launchpad is where students share their success stories in their own words. It is a home for real offers, real prep paths, and a source of motivation for the next batch of Tier 1 students working toward their own placements.

## Share Your Story

You can post your placement story straight on Launchpad, no external form needed. Talk about the company, the role, the prep resources you used, and what made the difference on interview day. The more specific the story, the more useful it is for juniors reading it.

## Inspire Juniors

Placement stories double as a living resource for students earlier in the funnel. Someone starting the [DSA Sheet](/practice/dsa-sheet), grinding the [CP Ladder](/practice/cp-ladder), or booking [Mock Interviews](/placement/mock-interviews) will see what a full journey looks like, from first login to signed offer.
